Life is rarely quiet. Especially at the moment.
We have a two year old. ’nuff said. Add to that the fact that we have a baby due eight weeks today (eep!) and are about to move house (yikes!) and life becomes a teeny tiny bit manic.
Like I said, life is rarely quiet.
Last weekend we went to the Peak District for a friend’s thirtieth birthday. We stayed in a lovely B& B in the middle of nowhere. For 24 hours the world went quiet(er).
And then we came home and life got noisy again. Ho hum.
Find more peace and quiet over at I should be folding laundry.

LOL I hear ya on the "not so quiet household"!!
(got a 4yo, 2yo and a 6mo baby!)
I like the second one with the long line of fence posts… It's starting to be that time of year to walk them and repair them for spring grazing!
Moving is no fun prego (been there) make sure you drink lots of water and don't life anything… I mean ANYTHING
That's what menfolk are for!

Quiet comes knocking on my door rarely as well. I love your shots! It is easy to have a peaceful afternoon in the wild outdoors. Even if there is noise it is quiet.

Wow. Gorgeous. I especially love the second picture. I can look at it and hear a whole story! Magnificent.

These are both beautiful and serene… could have fooled me about your lack of quiet.

Beautiful shots. Very calm and serene.
I love running away to B&Bs as well. With a two year old, life is definitely loud! Good luck on the move and the new arrival.
