oh i do like to be beside the sea

You may or may not have noticed my tagline:

i do like to be beside the seaside, but i live at the furthest point inland so that was bad planning.

I love the sea. The noise of waves crashing is exhilarating. The sound of the waves gently lapping is soothing. Nothing not to like really. I love living in the city, but going to the beach at any time of year is good for the soul.

At the weekend we went to stay with my boyfriend’s mum who lives by the sea (jealous? moi?) and we made it to the beach. The weather was perfect. Big M had a great time jumping waves. Little M mostly slept in the sling, oblivious to her first trip to the beach.

I was a very happy bunny.
