may challenge: how was it for you
A month ago I set myself the challenge of filing my lesson plans and resources at least once a week. Not only would this mean I could cross off number 90 on my day zero list, but also hopefully number 91 – keep my desk tidy.
To most of you, this probably sounds like the easiest challenge IN THE WORLD.
But that’s probably because you are regular, organised folk.
I am not one of you.
I tend to make piles of crap stuff that gradually move their way around the house/classroom/office until they eventually end up where they should be. Sometimes the piles annexe other piles. Other times the piles just grow taller.
So you see, for me, my personal challenge for May was quite a toughy.
I am very pleased to announce, however, that I have succeeded. It helps that I have three free lessons on a Wednesday. It also helps that the novelty of being back at work has yet to wear off. But still. My lesson plans and resources are neatly filed away AND I can still see my desk. This probably means that I should do some work at it, but hey, one step at a time eh?
And now it’s over to you. If you set yourself a challenge for May let us know how you got on using the linky below.
And if you want to join in with a challenge for June, come back tomorrow to sign up.
